At Redhill School, we believe that building strong character is just as important as academic success.
Sponsored by The Kiwanis Club of Drury, the Terrific Kids programme recognises students who take accountability for their own growth and strive to be the best versions of themselves. This round of awards specifically highlights students who have stood out for their:
Positive Attitude: Bringing enthusiasm to the classroom and resilience to challenges.
Good Character: Demonstrating honesty, kindness, and respect for others.
Responsible Citizenship: Taking care of their school environment and proving to be dependable leaders among their peers.
We want to extend a massive congratulations to all of our student recipients. Your leadership inspires everyone around you!
Calling all apple munchers and snack-time superstars! It’s time to turn those healthy habits into brand-new sports gear for our school. We are officially participating in the Yummy Fruit Sticker Promotion, and we need your help to collect as many stickers and bag labels as possible.
Every year, The Yummy Fruit Company gives away a share of $200,000 worth of sports equipment to schools across the North Island. The more stickers we collect, the more gear we get! From netballs and rugby balls to cricket sets and hula hoops, the rewards help keep our students active and having fun.
Helping is as easy as eating an apple! Here’s how to participate:
Shop: Look for Yummy apples at your local New World, PAK’nSAVE, or participating Four Square stores.
Eat & Collect: * Stickers: Save the individual stickers found on Yummy apples (like Royal Gala, NZ Rose, or SweeTango™).
Bag Labels: If you buy bagged Yummy apples, cut out the "Cut-out Label" or the barcode from the bag. One bag label is worth 10 stickers!
Stick: Place your stickers and labels on a collection sheet. You can download them from the Yummy Fruit website or pick one up from the school office.
Drop Off: Bring your completed (or partially completed) sheets to Redhill School at the Front Office by 20th of October 2026.
This isn't just about the gear—it's about working together as a community. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, neighbor, or friend, every sticker counts toward giving our kids better resources for PE and lunchtime play.
Let’s see if we can make it onto the leaderboard this year! Start saving those stickers today and help us reach our goal.
Happy munching! 🍎✨
