2023 Rangatahi Festival Celebrating Cultural Diversity WINNERS!

Kia ora Koutou e te whānau

This event was even more anticipated than usual due to the 2021 competition being cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic. And two years later we have been able to get this back up and running. With months of training for this cultural festival, our school came away with an amazing win! A massive thank you to our Tumuake Miss Castle me nga Kaiako Matua Tipene, Matua Paul, Whaea Reta, Whaea Janita, Whaea Hera, Matua Kahu and Whaea Te Aroha "Believe in yourself and be proud of who you are and those who came before you." This is just one of the many quotes we continue to share, along with knowing they are worthy, feel empowered and realise they can conquer anything at school, at home and in the community."

Ngā mihi,

Whaea Shelly
